We want to ensure that the education solutions we create drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). But how do we ensure we have a representative workforce?
We’ve been creating a corporate social responsibility report for over two decades. It gives us a framework for supporting RISE (responsible, inclusive, and sustainable, and enabling) strategy and goals.
One example is our AI for Youth program, which aims to provide a tech education for 30M children, 30K institutions, and 30 countries to help students build AI skills for the future.
Our DEI goals include increasing women in tech to 40% and increasing African American employees in senior leadership positions.
Our collaboration with WIRED is built on our shared belief that diverse talent is a competitive advantage. This can make a difference not only in our workforce, but also in other businesses and in the communities we serve.
There’s no other industry like tech that has a global impact on everything and everyone. We’ll keep working on developing a more diverse and better educated society, while ensuring that the solutions we create spark positive change and drive our world forward.
