In 2015, CA Technologies introduced Create Tomorrow, a Europe-wide corporate social responsibility programme designed to address the STEM skills gap and encourage more young women to enter STEM careers. The program is underpinned by our pledge to the European Commission’s Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition, to inspire secondary school students to consider future careers in STEM through programs that show the connection between studies and career paths – and develop relationships with schools to encourage innovative STEM teaching that reflects the role of technology in building and strengthening today’s digital world.
