Type-4 LSAs are provide the routes to ASBRs. Who originates these LSAs?

Type-4 LSAs are not originated by the ASBR itself, but by the ABRs at the boundary of its area. What is more, when a type-4 LSA traverses one area, and enters another area, it is re-originated by the ABR at the second area boundary.
