Test different charging states of an AC level 2 charging station with the Fluke FEV100 EVSE test adapter. The adapter simulates control pilot charging states of an electrical vehicle, so you can verify the charging voltage using a digital multimeter or scopemeter.

Connect the adapter cable to the charging station and then turn the CP switch to the B position to test the state where the vehicle is connected. You should see a voltage measure of -12V to +9V and frequency of 1kHz. Then switch the button to the C position to test the state where the vehicle is connected and ready to charge. Your scopemeter should indicate -12V to +6V at 1 kHz frequency.

The Fluke FEV100 EVSE test adapter lets you test the charging state of electrical vehicle charging stations, easily and reliably. Learn more about your complete EV testing solutions at https://bit.ly/3jgc92E.
