To contact NETGEAR Support and submit a Help ticket, please do the following:
1) Open a web browser and go to my.netgear.com
2) If you do not have an account, please create an account, otherwise log in with your existing account
3) Select "My Support," then click on "Contact Support"
4) Select "Get Help" on your NETGEAR product
5) Select the product you own from the dropdown list. If you have not registered your product, select the link below the product selection box to register.
6) Once the product is selected, click the "Next" button.
7) Now you can select to contact Support through Email, Phone, or Online chat.
