To celebrate Black History Month, Extreme encouraged employees to compete in a “Walk-A-Mile-In-My-Shoes” Challenge. Employees were encouraged to walk 10% of the distance of the Civil Rights Trail, 54.4 miles, and Extreme has pledged to donate $10,000 ($1/mile for the first 10K walked) to the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
