Women in STEM are on the rise, and the newest cohort of females pursuing
engineering are going to make a big difference.

Krisha Waghela is on her way toward a Computer Science degree at Chandler-Gilbert Community college. Despite a full schedule, she was so intrigued by the AI for Workforce program, she took it as an elective.

The program teaches innovative tech while empowering students with the necessary AI skills for employability in the digital economy. She’s learned valuable skills like machine learning and deep learning and will be the first woman to graduate from the program.

Her in-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence makes her a leader for the future of tech—and the next step for Krisha is preparing to enter a B.S. program at Arizona State University.
