10A Gate Drive Optocoupler with Integrated FAULT Protection & Feedback in 600V CTI SO16 Package

The ACPL-355JC is a 10A gate drive optocoupler device with an integrated fail-safe IGBT and SiC MOSFET diagnostics, protection and fault reporting. The device features common mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100 kV/μs and provides minimal propagation delay with excellent timing skew.
