As part of Create Tomorrow, CA’s STEM program in Europe, CA in Italy ran its fourth edition of “Deploy Your Talents” in 2017, in partnership with Fondazione Sodalitas, a not for profit organisation.

In the first part of Deploy Your Talents, CA employees visited students at their school to talk to them about the app economy and how technology is driving the future forward – and the different types of jobs in tech, along with the study pathways to these careers.

Students then visited the CA office in Milan, where they learnt about the different types of jobs in a global tech company, and heard employees talk about their personal career journeys. At the end of the day, students shared the highlights of what they had learnt – and then several weeks later produced a video of their experience with CA during the program.
